Generally, when we are in the company of our friends and relatives, before eating anything, we first offer our food to them. Similarly we should make it a habit to offer food to our dear-most friend Krishna before eating it ourselves. It just takes a second to offer it to Krishna. Just bring Krishna into your mind and offer the food to Him. Krishna is an attractive adolescent boy. Constant contact with Krishna will make your life blissful.
